Do you offer support and maintenance after a project is delivered?
Yes. Every project delivery includes documentation and a handover period. Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged under a separate retainer agreement, covering bug fixes, performance monitoring, dependency updates, and feature additions as your needs evolve.
How does pricing work for custom development?
Custom projects are priced on a fixed-price basis agreed before work begins. Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline of your project. Are your software products available to customers globally?
Yes. All Baruchiel software products are cloud-based and accessible worldwide. Subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, which handles international payments and local tax compliance automatically.

Each product offers a freemium tier you can access immediately, plus a 14-day free trial of the full paid plan — no payment required until the trial ends. What information do I need to provide to get a quote?
The more detail you can share, the more accurate our proposal will be. Useful information includes: what problem you are trying to solve, who the end users are, any systems or data sources that need to integrate, your target timeline, and any budget constraints. You do not need a technical specification — a plain description of your goals is a perfect starting point.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for custom projects?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed project discussions begin. Contact us and we will arrange this as part of the initial engagement process.
What technologies do you use for custom development?
We choose the best tool for each project rather than enforcing a single stack. We work across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and database platforms. What is your refund policy?
Software subscriptions are non-refundable after a billing cycle begins — the 14-day free trial is our consumer protection mechanism. For billing errors such as duplicate charges, we refund in full upon verification. Custom service project refunds are governed by the project-specific agreement.
